Peter Souvatzis

Peter graduated from the Athens University of Law in 1989. Soon after he completed his Masters in International Law at the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and also earned a degree in Media Communications in Greece. A lawyer by trade, Peter found himself working with a real estate company in Australia. Every time he went onsite for a job, he noticed a lack in maintenance companies needed to do all of the tasks required. Peter found it frustrating to contact each individual facility tradesman. Filling this need, Peter founded Globe Williams International in Melbourne, Australia in 1999 and has since built the company into a multinational and multimillion dollar business. Globe Williams has operational offices in Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Greece, Jordan, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, Nigeria, Lebanon, UAE with representative offices in Italy, South Africa, Canada, Brazil. The Globe Williams International model based on a strategy of local acquisitions and embossing local partners has been proven to be extremely successful. Globe Williams has signed agreements to expand into Saudi Arabia, Turkey ,Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt and Syria. Peter is also involved in a number of global organizations serving either as a board member or as an advisor, in addition to overseeing all of Globe Williams International operations. Peter is still an active international law advisor for major legal firms globally. Peter speaks fluent Greek and English and resides in Athens, Greece. Peter is married to Adel and has two daughters Felicity – Mari and Venus- Chrystal.

Kathi Mavrothalassitis

Kathi is Managing Director of Globe Williams International for the Australian and Asian Pacific Region, with full responsibility of growth and leading marketing strategies. Kathi has more than 15 years of experience in the financial markets, international trade and corporate finance. Kathi has served in senior management of several major Australian based investment-banking houses. Her main responsibilities within the banking and finance sector include commodity trading, money markets, international trading and negotiations to general trade markets. Kathi has a practical and pragmatic work approach and an integrative understanding of the basic differences in legal systems in Europe, The United States and Australasia. With an accurate synopsis of the effect of cross-cultural differences on business relationships, Kathi is a member of the Emadin Group (European Management development Institute). Kathi is also a member of the International Toastmasters and member of the Australian Networking Association. Increased revenue sales (NPAT) for International Trade, Financial Markets and International Cash Management by 23% ($15.6M). Brought on 5 multi national clients from other banks including several middle market accounts with turnovers of 800M+ each, giving Kathi the largest portfolio nationally. Kathi graduated from Melbourne University with Honours in applied Sciences majoring in Pure and Applied Math. She has also completed an M. Sc in Clinical Psychology and holds an MBA degree from the Melbourne Institute of Business. Kathi has lived and traveled extensively around Europe, US and Australia, and speaks fluent Greek and English and resides in Melbourne, Australia.

John Kalaitzopoulos

John graduated from the Piraeus University in Greece in 1992 with a degree in electronics. He worked in major electronic companies in Greece for three years before making the move to Australia in 1993. Here he created a career in the advertising field as head of a leading newspaper department for five years. He joined Globe Williams International in 2000, and in 2001 he relocated to Greece as an instrumental piece of the company’s European expansion. He holds the position of Board Member – International Operations and he is the communicating channel between the company auditors and the board of directors globally. In 2003 John became an active member of Olympiakos Football Club – major football organisation in Greece and speaks fluent Greek and English and resides in Athens, Greece.
