Responsibilities:
1. Contracts visits
2. Cleaning supervision
3. Cleaners’ surveillance
4. Contact clients
5. Personnel recruitment
6. Immediate correspondence in case of an emergency
Skills:
· Basic level of English
· PC Knowledge
· Responsibility, organization and communication skills required
· Ability in cooperating with Chief Officers and associates
· Ability in handling difficulties
· Car Driving License (non professional)
· Previous Facility Management experience will be considered as an asset.
