Facilities Coordinator (Greece)

Globe Williams International Facility Management Company, operating in Facility Management field, is looking for an experienced person for the position of Facility Coordinator.

This position answers to CEO and the Operation Director.

Responsibilities:

ü  Facility Management of multinational clients.

ü  Organization and project management. Keep an eye on project budget.

ü  Create and supervise the project budget monthly.

ü  Constant follow-up of the services in specific facilities emphasizing on regular and periodic operations according to the contract.

ü  Frequent contact and meetings with Facility officers in order to assure the quality of services.

ü  Application of the procedures related to the company’s function to achieve great level of services.

ü  Advisory support to the client concerning service issues in cooperation with other departments of the company.

ü  Keep the administration aware of the progress of the projects.

ü  Cooperate with HR department concerning hiring manpower. Participate in personnel training regarding safety and procedures.

ü  Hand out monthly reports to the administration and the client concerning the progress of the projects.

ü  Ability to debate with clients and suppliers.

ü  Collect and analyze feedback regarding competition.

ü  Ability to present and promote our services to both current and future clients.

Candidate profile:

ü  Higher education degree.

ü  Very good level of English. – 2nd language will be an asset.

ü  Excellent computer knowledge.

ü  Responsibility, organization and communication skills are compulsory.

ü  Car driving license.

ü  Facility or Property Management experience will be considered as an asset.
