We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Facility / Account manager to join our Facility Management team. This pivotal role involves a blend of administrative duties, data management, supervision, coordination, and client interaction, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are keen on contributing to the smooth operation of our technical services.

Responsibilities

· Facility Management of multinational clients.

· Organization and project management. Keep an eye on project budget.

· Supervision of teams and services delivered on customer sites.

· Constant follow-up of the services in specific facilities, emphasizing on regular and periodic operations according to the contract.

· Frequent contact and meetings with Facility officers in order to assure the quality of services.

· Application of the procedures related to the company’s function to achieve great level of services.

· Advisory support to the client concerning service issues in cooperation with other departments of the company.

· Keep the administration aware of the progress of the projects.

· Cooperate with HR department concerning hiring manpower. Participate in personnel training regarding safety and procedures.

· Hand out monthly reports to the administration and the client concerning the progress of the projects.

· Ability to debate with clients and suppliers.

· Collect and analyse feedback regarding competition.

· Ability to present and promote our services to both current and future clients.

Qualifications

· Higher education degree.

· Must be fluent in the Serbian language.

· Excellent command of English – 2nd foreign language.

· Excellent MS Office knowledge.

· Responsibility, organization and communication skills are compulsory.

· Car driving licence.

· Facility or Property Management experience will be considered as an asset.
