In May 2019, Globe Williams was awarded Full Facility Management of Casey Grange Common Areas including Preventative & Reactive Maintenance of Electronic Doors and HVAC, Fire Testing, Waste Management and various ADHOC Special Project services.
In late 2019 Globe Williams has since quoted quite competitively to provide leading Fire Alarm Monitoring with an ultimate aim to extend our services not only to CASEY GRANGE but the whole RCA group of villages.
Globe Williams is currently set to take on additional works by undertaking the Cleaning Services and Consumable Supplies for the group.
