Some 20 years on and still going strong, Globe Williams International’s CEOs recently caught up with EZARD and Gingerboy restaurateur/chef guru Teage Ezard.
Recognized as one of Australia’s most enduring chefs and restaurateurs, Teage Ezard is the creative force behind high-end restaurants EZARD and Gingerboy in Melbourne and EZARD at Levantine Hill in the Yarra Valley region.
On his recent trip to the Australia, Globe Williams International Group CEO, Peter Souvatzis and Australian/Pacific CEO Kathi Mavrothalassitis did the customary client visits and caught up with the award winning Ezard.
“As we move into our 20th year of operations here in Australia, we still have strong ties with our first client Teage Ezard and his group of fine dining restaurants. This long term partnership not only has seen both our Companies develop and grow but also support each other through challenging times”, says Mavrothalassitis.
1999 saw the establishment of Ezard’s first restaurant bearing his name and at the same time the engagement of Globe Williams International ongoing facility management services.
In the same year, the iconic restaurant, EZARD received the Two Chef Hats award in The Age Good Food Guide which it continues to maintain today. As Globe Williams International’s first client in Australia, Ezard and his culinary talents has proven a recipe that stands the test of time and success – the awards and accolades continue for Ezard in the public arena whilst Globe Williams International remains steadfast behind the scenes in maintaining outstanding performance and solution delivery.
