Globe Williams Australia has been my companies preferred cleaning contractor for the past 2 years. In that time I have found Globe Williams to be a very professional company to deal with. In particular the Managing Director Kathi Mavrothalassitis. One of the reasons that we have contracted Globe Williams is the quality of their work. The staff are all well trained, use the best current equipment and quality chemicals.Globe Williams meets all the current guide lines in relation to Work safe standards and operates in accordance with all current awards. Kathi has always delivered when called upon on short notice to supply cleaners for unforseen circumstances such as flooded shops and new store openings. Currently Globe Williams operates in 4 of our stores and has recently acquired the contract to clean head office. What impresses me is the level of supervision and feed back that I get from Kathi and her supervisors. They regularly keep me informed on issues such as damaged floors, tiles, bathroom plumbing problems and general information relating to the industry. I have no hesitation in recommending Globe Williams as I know they deliver the standards that put them above the rest.
