Globe Williams International Consultancy Assignment for QUDRA program

QUDRA program

Globe Williams International & Elite via Globe Williams Jordan are contracted by GIZ to carry out an FM Consultancy Assignment for their QUDRA program to understand the current FM solution in 4,000 public schools across Jordan and then re-design the solution to then prove the model via a pilot program.

Since October 2018 we have visited many schools & Directorates across Jordan, met with all departments within the Ministry of Education, met with all major donor agencies in Jordan to establish the current ‘as is’ situation on the ground with regards to people, finances, services, standards etc. to then re-engineer what the ‘to be’ solution should be. The pilot model is the FM concept proofing phase which if successful will potentially be rolled out to more than a hundred schools for a much longer period of time and if that is successful a phased approach will then be taken to roll out all the public schools in Jordan.
