We have recently undertaken our annual review of cleaning and maintenance services provided to Incolink for the financial year ended 30 June 2006. This is the 5th year that Globe Williams have provided us with these services and I would like to confirm my verbal advice to you that we are extremely happy with the services you currently provide and will be continuing our current arrangements with you. The cleaning of the building has been maintained at a high standard throughout the year and the cleaners should be congratulated on this. As you are aware we have used your company on a number of occasions during the year for maintenance items such as plumbing, painting, gardening, window cleaning, rubbish removal and electrical items. We confirm that our records show that you have met the requirements of our Service Level Agreement including managing OH & S and Work Safe requirements for the contractors. Just a note of thanks to you and your staff for the efficient way these matters were handled and especially for ensuring the trades’ people turned up on time.
