The premises of the newly opened Dubai branch, is located in the heart of Dubai, 1504 The Oberoi Center, Business Bay. From here the company aims to cover the entire Dubai area and to further expand in Abu Dhabi and UAE as a whole in the years to come. Our ambition for 2015 and the years to come targets, include immediate development of portfolio to achieve a turnover of over 100 million AED and a leading market position. The business’ launch will create more than 5,000 job opportunities in Dubai, in 2015 only. The Dubai branch provides integrated Real Estate and Facility Management Services, including security services, professional cleaning, disinfection and waste control services, building technical maintenance, landscaping and commercial property management. Managing Director and Joint Managing Director of the company are Sanjay Chimnani and Surender Bhojwani respectively. They both have over 30 years of experience in the local and the international market, an impressive record of successful projects around the world, and a strong focus on delivering first class professional services. Konstantinos Fotis is the Chief Operating Officer of the company, who brings an exceptional set of managerial skills and a profound experience in the Facilities Management sector, who ensures stable and effective day to day business.
