Ring Mall – Soft FM Contract

The jewel of the shopping Malls in Bulgaria and one of the largest in South Eastern Europe. Located in the outskirts of Sofia-Bulgaria is home of more than 250 world known brands. GWI and Aquila/Bulgaria has been awarded the soft FM contract for 3 years starting of November 6, 2014. Aquila will utilize more than 50 personnel and 4 management to deliver the project.
