Surender has been based in Dubai since 1982 and has knowledge of U.A.E.’s market ever-changing particularities. With over 30 years of experience in the region, he has been able to sustain his success through various enterprises operating in a number of sectors, ranging from cosmetics to real estate.
Surender is also a partner in a real estate development company in Hyderabad, India. The company, called Maruti Rich Ventures Developers Private Limited, is currently managing 12 big projects in different stages of construction in cities such as Hyderabad and Goa. His experience in the real estate sector as an investor and his standing in the business community in Dubai enable him to play a crucial role in developing an impressive investor base and makes his collaboration with Globe Williams extremely important and promising. Surender is the Joint Managing Director in the Dubai company, and as per his field of expertise, his focus will mainly be on Financial Management.
