Globe Williams International Facility Management, operating in the Facility Management sector, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Hospitality Coordinator (On Site) for a major hotel brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all site operations and ensure operational continuity
• Lead weekly coordination meetings
• Supervise cleaning operations and monitor cleaners’ performance (back of kitchen)
• Manage shifts and daily staffing requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between Globe Williams and the Hotel’s Representatives
• Maintain direct communication with the client and handle requests
• Prepare and review reports, audits, and corrective actions
• Ensure all daily activities are performed in accordance with the agreed Scope of Work (SoW) and quality standards
• Coordinate with HR and Shift Supervisors regarding staffing and performance
• Manage emergency situations and ensure immediate response when required
• Communicate task requirements and report to the Operations Director
• Prepare relevant invoices and monitor commercial and operational reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in Facility Management (required)
• Good level of English
• Good PC knowledge
• Strong organizational, communication, and responsibility skills
• Ability to cooperate effectively with senior officers and associates
• Ability to manage challenges and work under pressure
• Valid driving license (non-professional)
