Role Summary
The IT Applications Specialist will be responsible for the management, customization, and support of all business applications across the company (ERP, CRM, CAFM, HR platforms, etc.). This role will act as the main point of contact between internal users and external vendors, leading projects related to system integrations, data migrations, reporting, and user trainings. The specialist will ensure that all applications are effectively aligned with business needs and fully utilized across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support all business applications (ERP Entersoft, CRM, HR platforms, etc.).
• Perform customizations and implement improvements in collaboration with vendors/consultants.
• Lead projects related to systems integration and automation (APIs, middleware, etc.).
• Handle data management processes including imports, exports, and migrations.
• Organize and deliver user trainings across different platforms and departments.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and knowledge base resources.
• Develop and deliver set and custom business reports as required.
• Ensure systems are properly set up and updated, act as system admin and focal point for users and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business applications support and customization (ERP, CRM, CAFM, HR platforms). Strong knowledge of SQL for queries, data extraction, and reporting.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system connectivity.
• English at near-native level (C2 proficiency).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train and support users.
• Availability for occasional travel, depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Entersoft ERP or other major ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
