Globe Williams International Facility Management, a leading company in the field of Facility Management, is seeking to hire an experienced Facility Manager, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join its team for the following position (Site FM with technical background).
Reporting to:General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact with the client and site representative, receiving and managing requests for resolution.
- Ensure timely handling of requests (e.g., dispatching repair teams, coordinating with external contractors, etc.).
- Conduct visual inspections of building infrastructure.
- Prepare and monitor the annual maintenance schedule.
- Maintain records of maintenance/repairs, additional works, and related budgets.
- Oversee building supplies according to given guidelines.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair teams.
- Monitor building procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards, warranties, and regulations.
- Check BMS indications and alarms, preparing regular reports.
- Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and achievement of KPI targets.
- Monitor budgets and prepare/track cost estimates and quotations.
- Develop and monitor improvement plans and corrective actions.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering (knowledge of HVAC, building, and electromechanical systems).
- Excellent command of English (a second foreign language will be considered a strong asset).
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools.
- Good knowledge of reporting and presentation preparation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational, and communication skills.
- Holder of a private car driving license (non-professional).
- Previous experience in Facility Management or Property Management will be considered an advantage.
- Expertise in technical/mechanical operations, facility management best practices, and energy-saving solutions.
