Globe Williams International, a company operating in the Facility Management sector, is seeking
an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer (On Site) to oversee and manage mechanical
operations at client facilities. This role focuses primarily on property management, including
common areas of buildings, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance. The role requires
daily on-site presence, close coordination with technical teams, suppliers, and clients, and full
responsibility for contract performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
-Monitor and manage Facility Management contracts on site, with a focus on common
areas and shared building facilities
-Supervise mechanical equipment maintenance and lead on-site technical teams
-Oversee the financial performance of contracts and propose improvement initiatives
-Manage daily client communication, develop new procedures, and improve existing
policies to meet client requirements
-Supervise and coordinate contract suppliers on site
-Monitor and evaluate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all contractual works, both
scheduled and reactive
-Maintain and update equipment databases, including maintenance records,
consumption, costs, and breakdowns
-Supervise soft services, including cleaning, pest control, and security
-Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with contract SLAs, safety regulations, and
client requirements
-Deliver scheduled works on time and within approved budgets
Candidate Profile
-Higher Education Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
-Ability to manage and resolve issues directly on site
-High level of responsibility, organization, and communication skills
-Ability to cooperate effectively with senior management and internal teams
-Knowledge of Facility Management, property management, or management of
common/shared areas will be considered an asset
