Globe Williams International Facility Management Company operating in Facility Management field is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Receptionist.

Job Description:

  • As a secretary you will undertake the task of administrative and management support in order to optimize the workflow processes in the office.
  • You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them in planning and distributing information.
  • Prepares and distributes correspondence, memos and forms
  • Receives and forwards phone calls, messages and management of the company’s central email
  • Develops and maintains a mail filing system to record all incoming mail
  • Answers calls from the public, customers and suppliers as well as other people dealing with the company, answers their questions and directs them in order to be served properly.
  • The candidate of the position may be assigned by his supervisor tasks of general interest like being the contact person for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
  • Welcomes and guides visitors to the company
  • Frequently checks office supplies and places appropriate orders
