Globe Williams International Facility Management Company, operating in Facility Management field,

is looking for an experienced person for the position of Agronomist.

This position answers to CEO and the Operation Director with the following responsibilities:

  • Organization and supervision of maintenance work in greenery areas.
  • Leadership skills, Undertake initiatives.
  • Management and evaluation of new partner groups, contractors etc
  • Supervision, guidance and coordination of our staff, external partners and subcontractors.
  • Project management and writing progress reports.
  • Monitoring, drafting and filing of agreements and other documents.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Monitoring and recording actions in the company’s operating system.
  • Support and customer service.
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures and commercial policy.

Candidate profile:

  • Graduate of agricultural School.
  • Very good level of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms office.
  • Driving license.
  • Developed communications skills & customer perception.
  • Facility or Property Management experience will be considered as an asset.
