We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Junior Facility Coordinator to join our Facility Management team in Bulgaria. This pivotal role involves a blend of administrative duties, data management, coordination, and client interaction, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are keen on contributing to the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

o Operate on two locations in Sofia- Business Park and Capital Fort based on the needs.

o Scheduled maintenance: Plan and coordinate regular maintenance activities for the facilities, ensuring that equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.

o Repairs and Troubleshooting: Perform routine office tour and record any unsafe act or condition. Address and resolve facility maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with maintenance staff or external service providers as needed.

o Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that maintenance activities adhere to health and safety regulations and standards, creating a secure working environment.

o Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, such as facility managers and staff, to keep them informed about maintenance schedules and potential disruptions.

o Deal with postal and courier services.

o Implement and run day-to-day operations: processes to meet security requirements and follow the client’s policies, visitors, parking, gate pass, access control, inward- outward material movement.

o Keep Inventory of supplies and consumables.

o Participate in audits – support in collecting evidences.

o Support accounts for setting up ODCs

o Deal with Internal applicable reporting to the client’s central teams on periodic basis, e.g. seating, dashboard, CCTV, incidents etc

Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree
  • Very good level of English
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Responsibility, organization and communication/negotiation skills are compulsory
  • Car driving license
  • Facility or Property Management experience will be considered as an asset
