About the Role: In this dynamic position, you will provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director, acting as a trusted assistant in a fast-paced environment. Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities, from managing schedules and communications to assisting in strategic projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, ensuring optimal organization of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a key point of contact, managing correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to special projects, including strategic initiatives and operational improvements, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Tendering and RFP Expertise: Leverage experience in tendering and RFP submissions to support business development and strategic procurement activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar PA or administrative role within the services industry.
- Educational Background: Academic qualifications in organizational studies or a related field, providing a strong foundation in business administration.
- Additional Skills: Experience in tendering and RFP submissions will be considered a significant asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and discretion are paramount.
- Must possess excellent command of the English language, essential for handling international communications and documentation.
