About the Role: As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery that aligns with our commitment to excellence. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and the continuous improvement of operational processes to achieve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Direct the operations team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development. Ensure clear communication of goals and foster a collaborative environment to achieve operational excellence.
- Strategic Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the highest standards and contractual obligations. Regularly review operational processes for high level efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Act as an escalation point for operational issues and resolution.
- Subcontractor Management: Maintai robust relationships with subcontractors to ensure that the services provided meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Oversee the selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards. Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial efficiency. Oversee procurement and contract management to optimize expenses and investments.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Adoption of best practices in facility management to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Crisis and Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team, aligning with company objectives to ensure accountability and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational leadership, ideally (but not necessarily) within the Facility Management sector.
- Excellent strategic planning, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and lead through change.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, enabling effective communication across our global network and with international clients
