Globe Williams Facility Management S.A. has achieved an overall ESG Score of A, classified as an Excellent level of Sustainability, following its assessment through Synesgy, the ESG evaluation platform developed by CRIF.
The company also received a Synesgy Ranking Score of 99/100, reflecting its strong position among the companies evaluated. The assessment covers Globe Williams’ ESG performance for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and is valid from 15 April 2026 until 15 April 2027.
The ESG Performance Report was prepared through the Synesgy View platform and is aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). It evaluates the company’s approach across key areas, including environmental management, people and workplace practices, customer and supplier relationships, community engagement, corporate governance and business ethics.
The report highlights a range of established practices and measurable actions, including:
- ISO 14001-certified environmental management and ISO 50001-certified energy management systems
- Responsible waste separation and recycling practices
- The gradual integration of lower-emission vehicles into the company fleet
- 3,520 hours of employee training during the reporting year
- Structured occupational health, safety and employee welfare programmes
- ESG-based supplier assessment and responsible procurement practices
- Strong data protection, compliance and anti-corruption frameworks, supported by ISO 37001 certification
The assessment also provides a clear roadmap for further progress, including greater use of renewable energy, enhanced measurement of corporate emissions and carbon footprint, and the adoption of additional environmental impact assessment tools.
This recognition represents an important milestone in Globe Williams’ sustainability journey.
